Job Description

Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment while monitoring quality, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to work orders.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Complete machine changeovers and minor repairs as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Clean and sanitize equipment while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of machine operation experience.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work orders and use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Sueur, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.94 - $23.78/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
