Key job responsibilities Define the future of Speed post checkout end to end across every speed tier, translating bold product instincts into measurable impact for millions of customers daily. Accountability across direct and adjacent teams, you will work relentlessly to deliver our post checkout vision on time. You will lead from the front exercising technical decision rights, acting as point-guard, and eliminating blockers. You are customer-obsessed leader demonstrating high-judgment across high-autonomy work to deliver the best Speed post checkout experience Own end-to-end product strategy from customer insight through launch — including PRFAQ development, usability research, prototype validation, and iterative delivery with engineering and UX partners. Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple partner teams that scale across marketplaces. Think globally — designing experiences and architectures (front-end CX, back-end engines) that are extensible across US metros and international marketplaces. Influence roadmaps — translating customer experience requirements into engineering priorities, working with SDEs to balance speed-to-market with long-term scalability.
