What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DOT and Completions Services equipment according to company standards and timelines Accurately document maintenance activities, failures, and repairs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Identify, order, and replace parts and equipment as needed Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues Conduct routine tool and equipment inspections, ensuring cleanliness and functionality Support and assist lower-level Mechanics in completing repairs and maintenance tasks Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related mechanical experience in equipment maintenance and repair Licenses: Valid Driver License required; DOT License preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer use Familiarity with RTA Fleet Management Software preferred Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems Your Work Schedule & Hours Work shifts up to 12 hours Overtime as needed 10/5 Rotation Schedule (Ten days on, 5 days off) Hours may vary based on operational needs Your Benefits Insurance – Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and additional benefit options tailored to your needs Retirement – 401K with a 4% company match Annual Bonus – Awarded at the discretion of the Compensation Committee Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support for you and your dependents Career Progression Program – Opportunities for growth and development On-Site Fitness Center Wellness & Company Events throughout the year Lodging (dependent on role) Per Diem for drilling roles Join Lewis Energy Group and become part of a company that values hard work, innovation, and the well-being of its team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lewis Energy Group
