Private practice opportunity to join three board-certified physicians and highly qualified Nurse Practitioner. The group is a highly successful and growing practice with a very loyal and stable patient base.


New physician will work a 5-day work week. Office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. The practice is 60% Gyn, 40% OB. Three physicians collectively perform 20-25 deliveries per month. The practice performs in office Hysteroscopy, Cryo, Colposcopy and many other services including Monalisa Touch, Menopause, Fibroids, Hormone Replacement therapy, Pelvic Pain, Infertility work-ups, Endometrial Ablations, Urinary incontinence and many Aesthetic procedures.


Call is one weekday call per week and 1-10 weekends. Your on call weekday call will be your day for covering the labor floor and to perform elective surgical cases No office hours on your call day. ½ day off after weekend call.


The practice has two office locations. The primary office is located in Miami, 1 block from the hospital. The second office is in the Florida Keys, about one hour from the primary office. Physicians typically work in the Key's office once per month. The Miami office is "state of the art" with over 4200 square feet of office space. 7 Exam rooms, 1 procedure room. The practice two 3D ultrasound machines. The office in the Keys is 2000 square feet with 3 exam rooms.


The physicians deliver perform a majority of their gyn cases at one hospital in Miami with a level III Nursery and a full array of specialists on staff. Some Gyn cases are performed at a "stand alone" surgery center located less than a mile from the office. The group has privileges at another hospital in Miami as well, but services are very limited and no deliveries are performed at this location.


The practice caters to a middle-upper class clientele. All patients are insured or pay cash. No Medicaid is taken in the practice unless for special circumstances (existing patients with financial issues, etc.).


The practice is seeking a "team-player". Someone who always puts the interest of the patient first. A patient educator with a truly compassionate and friendly personality. The group does not often cancel patients so having someone who is flexible, is very important.


The practice is offering $230,000 - $240,000 first year. $20,000 increase each year. A production incentive is offered and can yield the new physician up to $20,000 - $30,000 per year. All physicians in the group bonus yearly.
