Oracle Business Analyst (Order to Cash)

Salary: $92,664 - 137,565 per year Requirements:

• Four years of progressively responsible experience in related areas, such as analyzing financial systems and processes, providing operational support to improve program effectiveness, managing complex system-enhancement projects, and delivering training.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM is preferred.

• Plan, design, document, and implement policies and procedures for quarterly updates and patches to Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM.
• Gather and document business requirements, and test and analyze enhancement requests.
• Lead fit-gap analyses and design current-state and future-state business processes.
• Support prototyping, functional system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
• Assess internal controls and troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
