Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Provides immediate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Ensures compliance with facility policies while delivering compassionate and efficient emergency nursing services. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions rapidly to prioritize care in a high-volume environment. Perform clinical interventions including IV placement, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient history, assessments, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to strict attendance policies, reporting absences or tardiness according to hospital protocols. Maintain up-to-date certifications and licenses required for emergency nursing practice. Qualifications: Hold a valid Michigan nursing license with verification through LARA and Nursys. Possess at least 2 years of recent emergency room experience. Complete a skills checklist within one year of application. Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure.
