Night Shift Registered Nurse - Occupational Health (BH-397523) Location: Kapolei, United States Sector Medical & Nursing. Salary: $50.00 to $58.00 per hour. Occupational Health Registered Nurse (OHN) needed for a 6 week temp contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Kapolei, HI (O'ahu) . One person clinic that offers occupational, primary, and preventative care for the employees onsite and may respond to emergencies on the campus. Shifts: Anticipating June 21st to August 1st (potential to end sooner) – most nights, with some day shifts as-needed. Variable days with 12-hour shifts (6 AM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 6 AM). Schedule so far: 6 AM to 6 PM: July 3, July 19, July 26 6 PM to 6 AM: July 1, July 3, July 4, July 5, July 7, July 8, July 12-15, July 17, July 19, July 21, July 22, July 24, July 25, July 26-31 Top Skills You Should Possess: Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of Hawaii Minimum (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse Previous experience within: Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Primary Care, Family Medicine, School Nursing, or Corrections type setting Recent clinical experience and strong first-aid skills Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, and reliable What You’ll Be Doing: Nursing assessment, triage, treatment, and education for employee health concerns Provide wellness materials/information (health promotion and disease prevention) Administer first-aid Provide medical testing such as: EKGs, pulmonary function, blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, vision and hearing screening and perform limited interpretation of tests Immunizations Dispense OTC medications Respond to medical emergencies and administer first-aid to employees (assist First Responders) What You Need to Bring to the Table: Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts consistently until at least August 1st BLS certified Excellent interpersonal skills Must be comfortable working autonomously as you will be the only medical professional onsite What’s In It For You?
