Role Overview Be part of a team and grow your career! Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 2 to oversee food service retail operations at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA . The Retail Manager will work Day Shift (10:30am start time) with some rotating weekend and holidays as business needs dictate. The role will ensure an exceptional dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff. This role oversees all retail food services, driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence in service and quality. What You’ll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations of the cafe, Subway, coffee by Starbucks, and a sushi concept; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and ensure Sodexo and client standards are met.
