Main responsibilities: * Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency

• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates
• Maintain a customer‑first environment and respond to service needs and

concerns appropriately * Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels

• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high‑volume periods
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling

standards

• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and

community partners * Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Soft skills:

• Ability to remain steady in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments

Knowledge:

• Starbucks products, preparation standards, and service expectations
• Food safety requirements and sanitation procedures
• Store systems, ordering tools, and basic computer applications

Abilities:

• Ability to review department performance, inventory, and operational trends
• Ability to train, coach, and support associate development
• Ability to organize and coordinate daily work activities
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work extended periods in a retail

environment
