Interdepartmental Fiscal Officer for Sierra County Public Works

The Sierra County Department of Public Works is recruiting for an InterdepartmentalFiscal Officer DEFINITION: Under minimal direction of the Director, to be responsible for the development, maintenance, tracking, and reporting for multiple departments and/or funding streams under Public Works. Prepares multiple programmatic and departmental budgets, supervises, coordinates and directs the work of technical support staff responsible for a variety of the most difficult and complex statistical and general accounting record-keeping, payroll, account receivables, audits, cost reports, and related accounting functions for the Public Works department, responsible for assigned staff scheduling, coordination, supervision and evaluation as related to the fiscal reporting and monitoring requirements of local, state and federal funding streams, performs related work as assigned.
