Milestone Treatment Center is dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalized care for individuals and families dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Director role located in Cherry Hill, NJ. As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, provide clinical supervision, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include developing treatment plans, managing staff, monitoring client progress, and implementing evidence-based practices. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that empowers both clients and clinical teams to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in behavioral health, mental health, and psychology
- Extensive experience in clinical supervision and providing guidance to therapeutic teams
- Strong background in medicine, with knowledge of addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders
- Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans and evidence-based practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required
- Relevant state licensure in counseling, social work, or clinical psychology required
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting preferred
