?? Practice Balanced 50/50 OB/GYN mix Collaborative, low-turnover team Culture built on teamwork, flexibility, and strong clinical standards ???? Support 6 Midwives (handle most vaginal deliveries 2 Nurse Practitioners OB Hospitalist + MFM support Robot ? Schedule 8:00–5:00 clinic (patients 8:30–~4:15) 24–35 patients/day Optional post-call days off Gradual ramp-up for new providers ? Call 1:6 rotation, 24-hour shifs- Midwife on call with you ? Volume ~110 deliveries/month (group) ~45% C-section rate No pregnancy terminations ? Compensation $250K–$300K base

Productivity model: keep 50% of GYN profits $400K-$450K earning potential year 1
