Managing Director – Account Manager and Talent Delivery

Henry North is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Managing Director to take ownership of some of our most important client relationships. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing key accounts and delivering talent across the material handling, industrial automation, and technology industries, from field technicians and sales professionals to executive leadership roles.

You’ll operate in a consultative, direct hire RPO-style partnership model, working closely with our clients while owning the recruiting strategy and delivery process from start to finish.

Our dedicated business development team feeds opportunities directly to you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, advising hiring leaders, and placing exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day relationships with key client accounts

• Manage recruiting strategy and execution across multiple open roles

• Lead searches across a range of functions including technicians, sales, engineering, and leadership

• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring strategy

• Drive candidate engagement, interview processes, and offer negotiations

• Deliver high-quality recruiting experiences for both clients and candidates

• Collaborate with Henry North leadership to continuously improve search strategy and delivery
