Compensation: $70 - $90/hr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. Location: Olympia, Washington

Schedule: 4x10 Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; 7 am 5:30 pm or 8 am 6:30 pm

Patients per shift: 18

Setting: Primary care with mental health component

Exam rooms: 2 available

Experience required: Primary care all ages treated

Requirements: Comfortable with mental health component

Leave: Maternity/paternity leave coverage
