Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Shift times may vary between 6:00 AM–4:30 PM or 10:00 AM–8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring for patients recovering from surgical or procedural interventions
• Manage patient admissions and recovery within an admission recovery unit setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the post-operative recovery process
• Collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient transitions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PACU experience required
• Strong knowledge of post-anesthesia care standards and protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an admission recovery unit environment
• Familiarity with high-volume surgical settings
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
