Logistics Coordinator

Working Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, execute orders, and provide logistical solutions while initially operating in a temporary remote capacity before transitioning to an on-site role in Miami, Florida. Key responsibilities Receive and process requests from customers and vendors, executing orders and providing shipment status updates Provide administrative and technical support to ensure effective operations and apply established processes for excellence Analyze customer needs to identify solutions and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues Required qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S Full proficiency in logistics operations gained through training and experience Ability to handle atypical problems and identify solutions from partial or conflicting data Experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management Willingness to commute to the Miami office once on-site work resumes
