The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Division of Community Access, Bureau of Eligibility Determinations is seeking up to 10 Eligibility and Benefit Specialists (Income Maintenance Worker 2) to join our team in Des Moines. You will work with customers, process changes, assess information to approve benefits for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF, and receive dedicated training to understand how we serve Iowans.
