Salary based on experience.POSITION SUMMARY:Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities of the Operations function of the company in regards to the market.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Directs all personnel within the organization in their geographic locationSupports all divisions in the market; Retail, Sales, and Property ManagementReviews performance against operating plans and standardsDevelops and recommends corporate operations policy within the Operations DepartmentCoordinates and collaborates with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilitiesClient/customer relation functionsReviews and approves the setting of budgets throughout the geographic locationManage property, vehicular, retail, sales and installer issuesResponsible for staffing needs of the locationsHandle any policy issues with drugs and alcohol and harassmentPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:1. Have at least three to five years of experience in Operations, including experience in the Flooring Industry.2. Must have excellent customer service skills3. Have at least three years of managerial experience and exhibit proven ability to lead and manage employees.4. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.5. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.6. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.7. Be able to work independently and problem solve.8.
