General Information: Number of Beds: 345 3-time Magnet Designation Number of Staff: float pool is about 80 Type of staff: Day Shift RN and CNAs on most units Night Shift RNs and CNAs on most units Patient Ratios: 1:5 days and nights varies between units Types of equipment: various EMR: Meditech

Typical hiring profile: Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience BLS, ACLS & NIH Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit) List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Varies between units Large Cardiac Population what 2 Tele Floors and a PCU Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units Best personality Fit: Flexibility and willingness to float Team player and compassion is a must Great learning opportunity to learn to care for patients with varied medical issues both acute and chronic.
