We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoAs a Senior Analyst (SA) in a Client Focused role inside BCG's People and Organization (POP) Practice Area with a focus on the Organization Design & Operating Model topic, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, workshops, and other domain-specific accelerators). You will serve as content expert and advisor to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex client issues around Organization Design & Operating Model efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. Internally, you will also support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working, in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, building workshops or knowledge sharing sessions, and developing marketing materials. The base salary range for this role is $115,700 - $119,500This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
