Lara Insurance Agency of Wilmington, CA and Torrance, CA is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.
Base salary is $40,000 a year. First year commissions generally around $20,000 and the top performers in our agency made $90,000 a year with commission.

Responsibilities- Process insurance quotes,
- Make sales presentations
- Close sales
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Establish client relationships and follow up with them
- Maintain a strong work ethic
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Must have at least 1 year Insurance experience
- Property & Casualty license is preferred. Employee must obtain License within 60 day of hire date. We will cover costs.
- In person sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
