Occupational Therapist Position

A full-time Occupational Therapist, (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in North Bellmore, NY.

Facility is a busy sub-acute/skilled nursing facility where you would be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients, it's very short term oriented. Scheduling allows for flexible and accommodating hours. The center is a 5 star facility with fantastic rehab director and a full rehab team that works well together. 2 large beautiful rehab gyms that offers a friendly work environment with great patient outcomes. Also very close to the Southern State parkway!

Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist Position

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.

Qualifications:

A successful Rehab Director will:

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed.
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.

• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
