Quincy, MA Boston Injury & Rehab $19–$22/hour (based on experience) Full-Time, Monday–Friday
About the Role: We are seeking a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to manage patient flow and front office operations at our Quincy location. This is a key role in a fast-paced PIP clinic, requiring strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients professionally
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage patient intake, documentation, scanning, and emails
Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
Translate for patients as needed (English/Spanish/Creole)
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
Prior front desk or medical office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
