Insurance Coverage Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its practice in Austin, TX. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, allowing for both in-office and remote work. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with a strong background in insurance coverage and litigation. Duties Analyze and draft coverage opinions and pleadings Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation Draft dispositive motions and other legal documents Participate in depositions and court conferences Collaborate with a team of attorneys and mentors Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant coverage experience Strong litigation background, including bad faith experience Admitted and in good standing in the state of Texas Additional state admissions are a plus Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.
