The role focuses on the core systems powering the marketplace, including the benefits eligibility engine and enrollment platform. Bias toward execution and ownership; energized by making things happen. Digitally fluent with workflow, publishing platform, and lightweight integration management. Strong communication skills; able to translate complex information into audience‑friendly content. Assertive and decisive, comfortable making calls with or without detailed input. Experience running/supporting marketing for webinars, content calendars, demand generation, and product collateral. Experience in renewable energy is a plus; curiosity and fast learning are valued.
