Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients. Clinical Collaboration: Partner with CV Surgeons and APPs to coordinate patient management. Experience: Requires 3+ years of Cardiac or Cardiovascular expertise. Assessment & Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret diagnostic studies. Treatment & Management: Manage health conditions via prescriptive authority or specialist referral. Documentation: Maintain precise medical records per network and specialty standards. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
