Speedway, IN, United States What you will enjoy doing* In thisrole you will lead and develop a team of approximately 24 maintenanceprofessionals supporting a Panama shift schedule Establishand sustain total preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and assetreliability programs Youwill drive improvements in equipment uptime, overall equipment effectiveness, preventative maintenance compliance, andoverall maintenance performance Partnerwith Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvementteams to reduce downtime and improve productivity Leadmaintenance planning, scheduling, root cause analysis, and reliabilityinitiatives Manage computerize maintenance management system processes, maintenance metrics,spare parts strategy, and equipment history documentation Youwill support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new equipmentinstallations Fostera culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and equipmentownership What makes you great Youwill have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology,Maintenance Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalentexperience) 8+years of manufacturing maintenance, reliability, engineering, oroperations experience 5+years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams in amanufacturing environment Youwill have experience implementing or significantly improving total preventative maintenance,preventive maintenance, reliability, or asset management programs Strongknowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, maintenance systems(CMMS), and Lean manufacturing principles Excellentleadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills Total Preventative Maintenance,Lean, Six Sigma, Reliability, or Maintenance certification is preferred It ispreferred that you will have experience in aerospace, automotive,coatings, metals, heat treat, or other advanced manufacturing environments Backgroundimproving overall equipment effectiveness, mean time before failure, mean time to repair, preventative maintenance compliance, and equipment reliability Experiencewith automation, robotics, vacuum systems, furnaces, utilities, and othercomplex production assets Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
