We’re Hiring A Night Shift GPS Monitoring Agent Never considered working in electronic monitoring? Honestly, most people haven’t. But if you’re good with people, comfortable with technology, organized when things get busy, and can handle situations that don't always go according to plan —your skills might translate better than you think. And no —you do not need previous electronic monitoring experience. We’ll teach you the monitoring part.

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

4 Days On / 4 Days Off $850 Weekly Salary Paid Every Friday Work four. Get four off. Repeat. If the traditional Monday-through-Friday life isn't your thing, this schedule might be. WHAT DOES A GPS MONITORING AGENT ACTUALLY DO? This is where it gets interesting. Our Monitoring Agents help manage participants who are court-ordered to electronic monitoring. That means combining technology, customer service, documentation, problem-solving and fieldwork throughout your shift. Install and remove GPS monitoring equipment Travel tolocal jails, medical facilities and other approved locationsto complete installs and removals Complete installs and removals at the office Monitor GPS alerts and participant activity Communicate directly with participants regarding schedules, alerts and monitoring requirements Document activity accurately and thoroughly Troubleshoot monitoring equipment and basic technical issues Communicate with courts, law enforcement and other agencies when needed Handle payments and account-related questions Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records Some shifts may have you completing multiple installs throughout the area. Other shifts may keep you primarily in the office. The one thing you shouldn't expect? Every night looking exactly the same. YOUR SKILLS MIGHT ALREADY TRANSLATE. You don't need “GPS Monitoring Agent” on your résumé to be good at this job. Hotels & Hospitality You're used to working independently, handling unexpected situations and helping people at all hours. Healthcare, CNA & Patient Care You understand documentation, confidentiality, procedures and how to interact professionally with people who may be stressed or frustrated. 911, Dispatch & Security You can process information quickly, communicate clearly and stay level-headed when something needs immediate attention. Tech Support & Call Centers You're comfortable navigating multiple systems, troubleshooting problems and explaining things to people who may not understand the technology. Leasing & Property Management You already balancing paperwork, payments, policies, customer service and difficult conversations. Restaurants & Hospitality Five things happening at once doesn't scare you. Prioritizing, multitasking and dealing with every personality imaginable is basically your specialty. Administrative & Office Roles Details matter to you. You document things correctly, follow processes and know that “I’ll remember it later” is not a filing system. WHAT ARE WE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR? Comfortable driving.Traveling to jails, medical facilities and other locations for installs and removals is a regular part of this position. Calm under pressure.Problems happen.
