Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoQualifications You Must HaveOwn and Lead the operations process (i.e., Operations support for development contracts, Risk/Opportunity Management, MRP Health, hardware tracking/status, factory support, contract close-out within the Electronic Warfare portfolioDrive accountability for operations cost, schedule, and qualityManage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Program Management, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas to support on-time delivery (OTD) and first-time qualityDevelop and execute Manufacturing Plans that align business/customer needs with our factories’ capabilities.Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunitiesManage, develop, and lead operations proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that align with program strategies.Interfaces with customers to understand needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.Coordinate & develop operations requirements for gate reviews & execute proposed strategies from early gate reviews for effective implementation in future production.Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
