A Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking employee hours, attendance, and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. Other duties may be assigned.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accurate Records: Track and record employee work hours, attendance, and leave using timekeeping systems and
• Payroll Processing: Compile and verify timesheets, calculate hours worked, and prepare payroll data for
• Address Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute payroll reports and assist in audits related to time and
• Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll issues, providing assistance as
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required for this Position:

Education no minimum education requirements.

Experience 4 years direct experience in a Timekeeping Clerk role with payroll.

Certification / License: SAP, a valid Driver's License, and a TWIC Card.
