Job Summary The instructor contributes to the academic mission by delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in curriculum development, and supporting student success. Instructors are assigned specific courses based on their expertise and experience and are responsible for the preparation and delivery of lectures, labs, student advising, and assessment activities. Annual responsibilities are determined by the Department Chair or Program Director, based on program needs. Required Job Qualifications Master’s degree in a health-related or relevant field Relevant professional experience in the candidate’s field of expertise (e.g., clinical, administrative, or applied work). Foundational teaching experience (e.g., guest lectures, labs, course assistant) with demonstrated potential for effective teaching and instructional design. Demonstrated potential for effective teaching and instructional design. Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technologies. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. Ability to mentor and support students effectively. Willingness to participate in college and university service. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
