Our facility is designed to offer comprehensive physical therapy services that cater to various patient needs, from athletic injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation.Work EnvironmentThis position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which boasts modern equipment and therapy spaces designed to maximize patient interactions and therapy effectiveness. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team members.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized patient assessments to develop tailored care plans that focus on restoring function and reducing pain.Manage a balanced patient caseload, allowing for detailed attention and customized care during each session.Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to deliver effective treatments and facilitate recovery.Implement evidence-based interventions, incorporating manual therapy techniques and patient education into practice.Encourage patients to embrace lifestyle modifications that promote wellness, strength, and flexibility.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and ensure continuity of treatment.Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Educate patients about their conditions and engage them in the rehabilitation process to foster motivation and compliance.Patient Population / Client FocusThe ideal candidate will work with a wide range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals managing chronic conditions such as arthritis, and clients undergoing rehabilitation following surgeries. Our focus is to employ non-surgical treatment alternatives to enhance mobility while minimizing the use of medications.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.Current and valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.Knowledgeable in a variety of manual therapy modalities and therapeutic exercise techniques.Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for documentation and patient management.Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care strategies.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.Demonstrated success in creating effective individualized exercise programs that yield positive patient outcomes.Experience working with diverse populations to understand varying patient needs and preferences.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
