Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist for schools
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations (K-12)
• Familiarity with virtual therapy delivery platforms (VOCO) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) documentation and process
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Flexible mindset to navigate hybrid work environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct physical therapy and consult services in accordance with DPI’s ratios (1 hr direct: 0.5 hr indirect)
• Administer assessments and evaluations to develop and update student care plans
• Collaborate actively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of sessions and consults
• Contribute your insights to team-based care and student progress reviews
