Rheumatologist Position

Duke Health’s Division of Rheumatology and Immunology in conjunction with the Duke School of Medicine seeks a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Rheumatologist to practice at Duke Health medical centers and clinics in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. We seek an engaged faculty to build an interesting and engaging life-long career with a focus on providing excellent patient care. This position is an open rank Clinician Educator track. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and education. The individual will devote the majority of time to the practice of rheumatology in both inpatient and outpatient settings and will join a team of exceptional rheumatologists. This position offers an exciting opportunity to establish a stimulating clinical practice and play a key role in medical student, resident, and fellow teaching. There are multiple collaborative sub-specialty clinics, including an inflammatory eye disease clinic, lupus clinic, pregnancy clinic, scleroderma clinic, neuro-inflammatory clinic, and rheumatology/oncology clinic. Faculty are encouraged to develop a sub-specialty interest, allowing Duke Rheumatology to provide state of the art care to patients in the region, as well as increasing job satisfaction and opportunities for teaching and research within and beyond Duke.
