About the Role
We are looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in clean, real food. At our Plant Based Cafe every item on the menu is made from whole-food plant-based ingredients — no soy, no seed oils, no GMOs, no processed alternatives. This is a hands-on kitchen where everyone contributes and every plate matters.
What You’ll Do
- Execute the full licensed menu to standard on every shift
- Maintain mise en place and station cleanliness throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Work closely with Kitchen Manager and Shift Supervisor as part of a tight team
- Assist with prep, portioning, and closing duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen experience preferred — willingness to learn is equally valued
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable in a small, high-quality fast-casual environment
- Openness to whole-food plant-based cooking — plant-based lifestyle not required
Requirements
- Valid Georgia Food Handler Certificate before first shift
- Signed Confidentiality & Non-Replication Agreement
