What You’ll Do As an RN or LPN on our night team, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care throughout the night. You’ll: Provide hands‑on nursing care and develop meaningful relationships with residents. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans. Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs. Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ health and communicate concerns to the appropriate members of the care team. Supervise and support CNAs while promoting a positive team environment. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive dignity, respect, comfort, and quality care. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine desire to care for older adults. Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing. Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong observation, communication, organization, and critical‑thinking skills. Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of the care team. A compassionate and respectful approach to resident care. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with CNAs and other team members. Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
