Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator with locations in major airports and travel hubs nationwide. We are hiring Line & Prep Cooks to join our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse inside Orlando International Airport.
Villa Restaurant Group es una empresa familiar que opera mltiples conceptos de restaurantes en aeropuertos y centros de alto volumen en todo el pas. Estamos contratando Cocineros de Lnea y Preparacin para nuestro restaurante 4 Rivers Smokehouse en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando.
Responsabilidades:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Execute orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Assist with food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
Requisitos:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (weekends & holidays)
