We are looking for field leaders who take pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining safe jobsites, and driving projects to successful completion.What Youll Do:Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivityEnsure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specificationsPromote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA complianceMaintain clean, organized, and efficient job sitesCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget deliveryImplement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflowWhat Were Looking For:37 years of building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operationsKnowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost controlAbility to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environmentA demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)Please note we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, company paid life insurance, company paid long term disability insurance, paid holidays, and earned time off.To access different languages for the application process, click START YOUR APPLICATION.
