The Nurse Leader will oversee clinical operations within a home infusion setting, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
Salary: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00

The Nurse Leader will oversee clinical operations within a home infusion setting, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee home infusion nursing services
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
- Manage, mentor, and schedule nursing staff
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams and physicians to coordinate care
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Active RN license in Indiana
- 5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in leadership
- Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience required
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy and infusion practices
