Responsibilities For Full Time Night Shift we are happy to offer a $3,000.00 Sign on Bonus! (External Candidates Only) Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 72-bed facility that provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that includes yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. The Intake staff responds to requests for services and determines clinical appropriateness of each request. Information is normally obtained through initial clinical phone information, followed by clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and coordinates with the physician regarding patient care needs. The Intake staff will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. They also provide information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.
