Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient

This role is responsible for evaluating and treating patients of all ages with speech and feeding impairments, serving as a clinical resource and role model for staff and students. Responsibilities Include Conducting assessments of speech, language, feeding, and swallowing functions using appropriate procedures and materials. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, collaborating with patients and relevant others. Interpreting assessment data to inform intervention strategies and making appropriate recommendations. Educating patients and caregivers on home programs and coordinating with pediatric PT/OT for comprehensive care. Completing documentation and EMR updates, supervising students, and participating in continuing education. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a related field, Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
