Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams across our Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika areas. What You’ll Do As a Multi-Unit Manager, you’ll have full ownership of operational excellence across multiple restaurants. You will: Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve margins Recruit, train, and retain top talent; build a strong leadership bench Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans What We’re Looking For 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results Strong leadership and team development skills Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities High energy, hands-on leadership style Willingness to travel regularly between Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika locations What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Opportunity to lead multiple high-impact locations Career growth within a respected and growing brand Supportive ownership and leadership team A culture built on service, integrity, and community involvement Why Firehouse Subs?
