Pool Construction Supervisor

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Summit Pools is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Pool Construction Supervisor to oversee residential swimming pool projects from excavation through completion. If you take pride in quality workmanship, leadership, customer service, and delivering projects on time, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Supervise multiple pool construction and remodeling projects. Coordinate daily activities of crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Verify materials are delivered and available before each phase begins. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local code requirements. Meet with homeowners and builders to provide project updates and address concerns. Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship before inspections and phase completions. Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization. Document project progress with photos, notes, and reports. Coordinate scheduling needs with the office and operations team. Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Requirements: Experience preferred but not required.
