Job Description: Location: 555 N Bourne Cir, Farmington, UT 84025 Employment Type: Full Time Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour The job posting will be available until November 3rd, 2026. Prioritize, respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years Helpdesk Technician experience preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills required. Research and troubleshooting skills. Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
