About the Role

THE SEALS of DFW is looking for a Territory Sales and Service Representative to grow our customer base in the commercial kitchen industry. This role combines outside sales with light installation work, so you'll build relationships with restaurant owners and complete hands-on service projects in the same day, all within your own territory.

THE SEALS provides restaurants across the United States with high-quality refrigeration gaskets and specialized services that improve the efficiency and safety of commercial kitchens. Our services help restaurant operators reduce energy costs, maintain compliance, and extend the life of their equipment.

What You'll Do
Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within your assigned territory.
Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff.
Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency.
Present solutions and close new sales opportunities.
Track sales activity and customer information in our CRM.
Install refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components.
Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

What You Bring
Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Comfortable talking to business owners and other decision-makers.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, able to work independently in the field.
Basic handyman skills and comfortable using hand tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred
Previous outside sales or service experience.
