Fund Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
Location: Los Angeles, Charlotte, Chicago, or New York
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm and support the Fund Finance and/or Leveraged Finance practices. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions , particularly in fund financings , acquisition financings , leveraged finance deals , bridge loans , and other complex domestic and cross-border financings.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent banks, funds, and financial institutions in fund finance , acquisition financings , and leveraged finance transactions .
Handle complex secured and unsecured lending transactions in both domestic and cross-border settings.
Engage in syndicated and bi-lateral financings and bridge loans .
Provide strategic advice on fund finance and private credit transactions.
Education: J.D. from a top-tier law school.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fund finance , leveraged finance , and private credit .
Skills: Strong academic credentials, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Experience handling complex financing transactions is required.
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and firm policies).
