Senior Project Architect - Multifamily Housing Leader

Winslow Architects specializes in the design and construction administration of multifamily housing – with particular specialization in affordable multifamily housing involving both new construction and renovation/modernization. We also specialize in work with Public Housing Authorities as well as with private and public sector developers of affordable housing. We are hiring for the following positions:

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Must be a Registered Architect and have at least 10 years experience with multifamily housing in general and with public projects in particular. This position requires at least 5 years experience with production of construction documents and construction administration. This position also requires strong communication and management skills to work with our clients, direct and coordinate our consulting engineering and oversee the work of our staff. Experience with Revit is strongly preferred although not a requirement.

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

Must have at least 5 years experience administering construction of publicly‑funded housing projects as well as ability to relate to both construction and client needs. The position involves substantial amount of both on‑site work and in‑house processing of contract requests as well as client and funding requirements. Requires a combination of construction knowledge and skill along with a good natured and interpersonal skill set. Arch. registration preferred although not required.
