Warehouse Specialist

Warehouse SpecialistWe are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory, shipping and receiving, and material movement throughout a refinery environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.Responsibilities:Manage and organize warehouse inventory and materialsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipmentsMaintain accurate inventory records and document material movementLoad and unload deliveries and assist with packing/unpacking materialsOperate a forklift to move pallets and large itemsSafely drive trucks to delivery locations and unload materialsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseFollow all applicable safety procedures and regulationsAssist with other warehouse duties as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experienceKnowledge of inventory management and warehouse processesForklift experience preferredAbility to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with WMS, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office
