Creative Designer Our design team, which now consists of 60 creative and talented individuals, is looking for like-minded people. We are experts at converting ideas, business goals, and requirements into highly efficient, easy-to-use products for dozens of clients worldwide. We love taking on challenges and taking responsibility for the entire product design process. We deliver top-notch web, mobile, and even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide range of existing tools, techniques, and approaches with the addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experiences, etc. Job Description Produce complex, advanced, and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas for various domains, offering eye-catching and consistent solutions Provide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratch Negotiate project requirements and business objectives with the client and internal team Understand project goals and convert them into high-quality creative solutions Deliver projects on time according to task descriptions and technical constraints Integrate AI across the full design workflow, from research and moodboarding to concepting, asset production, motion, and final delivery Proactively predict and communicate risks to meet defined goals and timelines Be a proactive part of the creative design team by sharing ideas and suggesting improvements to processes and approaches Actively explore, test, and apply AI tools (for example, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, etc.) at every stage of concept development and delivery Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in UI design for the web, particularly for creative websites, promo landing pages, and interactive concepts Strong expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, responsive and adaptive design Ability to independently craft outstanding, original visual concepts from early sketches to polished UI and confidently present and defend design decisions Hands-on experience with motion in UI, such as element animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes in After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Basic 3D skills for UI and visuals, for example, creating assets or simple scenes in Blender or Cinema 4D At least Upper-Intermediate English for briefings, presentations, and clear communication Strong curiosity and openness to experimenting with modern tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows, with a habit of adopting new tools quickly Portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in visual and UI design with a focus on creative concepts for web and interactive projects

WILL BE A PLUS

Experience with GPU rendering tools such as Octane, Redshift, or similar Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principles Video editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut for concept presentations or intro videos, including AI-assisted and generative video tools Illustration and character design skills for creative projects Previous experience collaborating within multidisciplinary design teams, including UI, graphic, motion, and 3D specialists Additional Information PERSONAL PROFILE Strong visual taste and attention to detail Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of design outcomes Excellent communication and presentation skills Openness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly Passion for experimentation, innovation, and staying ahead of design and AI trends Sigma Software
