This position provides individualized physical therapy services focused on improving or restoring function, alleviating pain, preventing dysfunction, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.COMPENSATION $81,203–$93,288 annual salarySCHEDULE / WORK ARRANGEMENT Full-Time Onsite in Rutherfordton, NC 28139 Travel not requiredPOSITION OVERVIEW The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, develops individualized plans of care, provides evidence-based physical therapy interventions, evaluates patient progress, and coordinates reevaluation and discharge planning.
